Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express 2-day delivery is available for select pin codes at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — orders above ₹999 ship free. A flat ₹99 fee applies to orders below this threshold.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Do you ship internationally? +
Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
Products
Are your fragrances authentic? +
All products sold on MISRAQ are 100% authentic. We source directly from the brand or authorised distributors.
What do EDP, EDT, and EDP mean? +
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has the highest concentration (15–20%) and lasts longest. EDT (Eau de Toilette) is lighter (5–15%). EDC (Eau de Cologne) is the lightest (2–5%).
Can I sample before buying? +
Discovery sets and samples are available on our products page. A great way to find your signature scent.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products only. Used or opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return? +
Email us at hello@misraq.in with your order number and reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
When will I get my refund? +
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
