Returns Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and sealed products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email hello@misraq.in with your order number. We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup within 48 hours of approval.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
