Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. In case of non-acceptance, any payment will be fully refunded.
Payment
We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be received in full before dispatch for prepaid orders.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of MISRAQ and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
MISRAQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the order placed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
