Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are issued for unopened, sealed products returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or tampered fragrances; discounted or sale items; gift cards; and custom or personalised orders are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
Email hello@misraq.in with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. Upon approval, we will arrange reverse pickup. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD orders receive a bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, our return process applies. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@misraq.in.
